		<description>Hi Steve - this is great info.  I do have a couple of questions.  From what I read, Supplemental Directive 09-09 applies only to loans not owned or guaranteed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac (non GSE loans.)   In addition I know that FHA loans were not eligible for HAMP.  Do you think that the Government Owned Loans Servicers will fall in line with similar guidelines and do you know what percentage of loans out there are non GSE loans?  In other words, when we consider how many people want to do a short sale out there, how many of them do we think will eventually end up covered by these guidelines?  Thanks!</description>
