Right now there isn't enough supply to meet the low end demand... Some may be "left-over" FTHBs but there is a sense of confidence returning to prospective buyers and sellers and that in addition to the seasonally strong spring-summer Market should help with the weaning process from goverment assistance. What scares me is fall/winter 2010, no tax credits, higher rates, cold weather... Yikes!!
