Any previous years to benchmark this data over the last, say, 10 years? Interesting that the renters from 30 to 80 (except 40 somethings) seem undecided, but the youngest and oldest are convinced.

If you look at the very bottom of the infographic, it shows that the blue bar/number stands for the percentage of homeowners that believe now is a good time to buy and the gray bar/number stands for the percentage of renters.
