  Yes, we did. According to NAR’s latest Home Sales Report, the numbers are correct.

Divide that number by 50 states and it seems pretty pathetic. Kind of scarey if you need to sell a house before you lose it. What was the number 5 years ago?

  Great point. However, we can’t really divide it by 50 as some states (ex. North
  Dakota) will have a lot less sales than others (ex. California). The overall
  number of sales is much less than the peak of the bubble (2006) but is
  beginning to approach the normal numbers which occurred prior to the bubble.
