[INFOGRAPHIC]

Attention Readers: At the end of last year, we posted a graphic showing Shadow Inventory levels for each state. This graphic is a much more accurate measure.

      Thanks

We understand your concern. However, any client or potential client who has been linked to our blog has probably read the dozens of articles in which we talk about the importance of getting advice from a ‘real estate professional in your area’ as all real estate is local. Also, if you could, we would love for you to let us know where and when Erie County was cited as having one of the lowest levels of shadow inventory. That information could help us in future blogs.

This is a complicated issue. For our thoughts, watch our recent webinar at http://events.keepingcurrentmatters.com/webinars/shadowinventory/replay.

Shadow inventory trends due to judicial vs non-judicial states.

Where in the world did they get this data from?

    • KCMcrew

It is from NAR’s presentation at the Conference in Anaheim.

What is the difference between this chart and the other?  MN is in the 0-5 months category previously, now shown as 11 months.  What changed?  Thanks.
