how do i read this infographic: for example has chicago’s rent index jumped .9% in the last year, or has jumped 7% in the last year??

  At the bottom of the infographic, there is a key which explains how to read it based on the size and color of the circle. So, in your example, Chicago has jumped 7%+ in the past year. Hope this helps!

    oh ok it hasn’t been raised FROM 3% TO 3.9% (in denver for example), but has been raised BETWEEN 3-3.9%, correct?
